Slotbooking | Ressource Management

The module helps to manage, control and monitor all transports to and from an event site. Due to a slot booking process all relevant data is at hand and ressources can be precisely allocated and timed, which leeds to reduced waiting times and costs as well as to a more efficient un/loading process and no over capacities for ressources.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Digital Processing | Real Time Monitoring

Smartlog enables a completely digital order management. Starting from the order acceptance via handheld over the order monitoring to the invoicing the data is available in real time resulting in a substantial efficiency increase.

CITYHUB SOLUTIONS

Consolidation | Process Control

In the field of CityHub solutions we are able to offer the possibility to operate the complete process of consolidation of consignments and traffic of different service providers. Furthermore the recipient (private or business) is able to place his order according to his preferences via an APP. In this way the recipient becomes the customer of the service providers and communicates the "when, how and where" for all of his deliveries at once. One communication partner for everything. 

CHECKPOINT MANAGEMENT

Access Control | Capacity Monitoring

The checkpoint management with Smartlog enables the organizers or logistics provider to relieve space capacities at the event site. The checkpoint then serves as a vehicle supply control to the delivery zones. Registrations, scannings and tracking helps to monitor this process digitally.

Analytics & Statistics

The data cube gathers all information in the system and provides different types of dashboards. They provide real time views of key performance indicators (KPIs) and enable the operator to monitor processes and intervene when needed and help organizers and clients to evaluate the processes and data.

STORAGE MANAGEMENT

This module helps the logistics provider to manage all storage related tasks: Producing labels, entering relevant information, documenting damages, monitoring the process and much more. Every item has its place...lost items are a thing of the past!

ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Control  & Operation

The module enables event organizers to manage access to checkpoints and fairgrounds during buildup and dismantling phases of events with the help of personal badges. Special solutions exist for the delivery traffic.

CONSTUCTION SITE LOGISTICS

Construction site supply and time slot management

Inner-city construction sites are subject to significant logistical and traffic planning requirements and have their own dynamics.

In the past, delivery traffic was only planned up to the delivery zone. Today , parking and unloading locations, points of use, cranes, hoists and elevators and mobile unloading scaffolds can be planned and managed with Smartlog . Changes in the arrangement within the construction site can be adjusted according to the progress of construction.

This ensures smooth supply and disposal of the construction site as well as optimized resource utilization.

The time slot management tool also saves information about when materials should be delivered, after all , some material orders have to be activated months in advance when the details of the delivery and resource booking have not yet been thought of.

SWISS LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE REDEFINES EVENT LOGISTICS

The swiss-based software company Smart Logistics AG invented Smartlog, a software, which maps all event-related logistics processes digitally and helps all parties involved to plan, coordinate and execute the respective tasks more efficiently.


Cost pressure, rising customer demands, industry digitalization as well as sustainability and rising awareness for environmental issues force companies to respond to these demands and needs. Challenges force innovation and the intention was to build a software, which is able to integrate all logistics processes and create a transparency for customers, service providers in general, logistics provider specifically and last, but not least event organizers.


Event organizers -with or without own fairgrounds- are able to get a clear picture of all processes and activities of their partners at place. Transparency and the improved information availability lead to better planning and a more efficient use of personnel and equipment, which consequently contributes to environment protection. Vehicle Management, one of several modules of the software, contains a slot booking system, where all transports to and from an event need to be registered beforehand. This leads to reduced waiting times and optimally planned and allocated resources, which in turn results in CO2 reductions.


In times of climate change, which could influence our society more than any other event, all parties need to evaluate their contribution to a solution.
